Upload your confirmations exactly as they arrived — airline emails, hotel PDFs, photos of tickets. Azimundo reads them, draws your route on an interactive satellite globe, finds the best places to see in every destination and warns you when the times don't add up. As many trips as you like, free.
.eml emails, PDFs, photos of tickets — any confirmation for a flight, hotel, transfer or activity, in any language. No forms to fill in.
We pull out the dates, times, booking references and prices automatically, join the legs along real flight routes and flag every gap and clash (check-out at 12:00, flight at 12:50? We'll tell you).
Zoom from the whole planet down to your hotel, take the animated guided tour, see the best spots in each city and the total spend converted into your currency. Share it all with one link.
The hard part of a trip isn't the booking. It's the logistics.
We pull the free-cancellation dates, the moment check-in opens and the entry formalities straight out of your documents, then remind you in good time — before the window closes.
You land in Colombo, but you sleep in Kandy three hours away and you have no transfer booked? We tell you, with real options you can sort out on the spot.
Who paid for what and who owes whom — worked out from your documents, with nothing to type in by hand. At the end, one short list to settle up.
On the road you only see what comes next: the local time, the booking reference, the address, how far it still is. It works offline too.
What is December like in Sri Lanka? We show you the climate at every stop and build a packing list that matches your places and your plans.
When you get home, your photos place themselves on the map by their coordinates, and the trip becomes a film that flies over your route and an album you can print.
We read them, take the travel details out, then delete them. The files do not stay with us.
The documents you upload are deleted from our servers automatically within 24 hours. Until then we keep them only so we can re-read a document if the extraction comes out wrong. After deletion only the travel details remain — flights, hotels, dates and times — not the file.
And if there is nothing we can read out of a file — a passport scanned as a PDF with no text layer, for instance — we do not keep it at all: there is nothing for us to re-read later and nothing to send any further, so we delete it on the spot and tell you that nothing came out of it.
National ID numbers, card numbers and bank account numbers never reach our database: they are stripped from the text — and from the file name — before it is saved.
If you upload an identity document or a card by mistake, we recognise it and delete it on the spot, the moment we look at it. Nothing from it stays with us: neither the file nor the text.
A travel file that also carries a copy of your passport — the way agencies ask for it for visa on arrival — is not thrown away: that would cost you the whole itinerary. We strip the identity part out of it (the machine-readable zone, the name, the date and place of birth, the nationality, the address, the document number, the issuing authority) and keep only the flights, the stays and the amounts.
The recognition happens at one of two moments, depending on the document. For the ones we can read text from — PDFs, emails — we do it here, before anything is sent any further. For photographs there is nothing to read: a picture has no text until the model that reads our documents sees it, so the image goes there exactly once, never twice; the moment it turns out to be an identity document, the file is deleted from our servers and nothing from it is saved.
No card needed. Your documents are deleted once we have read them.
